An event every week that begins at 9:00am on Wednesday, repeating until July 5, 2017

It is not just some feel-good technique, or relaxation time. It is life-changing.

As a newly-qualified teacher of “MBSR,” I invite you to join me for my first course! Together we will journey through 8 weeks of self-discovery and compassion.

The course will be offered on Wednesday mornings, from 9 – 11, beginning on May 17th. If you would like to participate, but know you will miss a class, that is fine, but if you’d be missing several classes, perhaps wait until I can offer this course again in the fall.

Everyone interested should attend one of the Orientation Sessions, which will be held Sunday May 7th at 11:15 am, and Tuesday, May 9th at 6pm, in the Children’s Library on the 2nd floor.

There is generally a sliding scale fee for this course, but for church members (and their friends) I am offering it for free at this time. You can “pay it forward” with a donation to the parish.
